“Via Luminance” is a commissioned work depicting the majestic Queen Elizabeth II Bridge spanning the mighty tidal River Thames east of London at night. The bridge is personally significant as a symbol of my clients' marriage as it connects Kent and Essex, his and her family counties respectively. The symbol has been with them for many years in the form of an original photographic print, and I have had the privilege of bringing it to life as a painting.
